3-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
Updated: Apr 9, 2020
During this time of the virus, I was looking for some easy recipes that my students (who are 2- & 3-years-old) could make at home with their families.
Coming across some 3-ingredient baking recipes is a great way to introduce kids to baking that keeps them involved and enjoying the process.

First a 3-ingredient version of a classic recipe of mine: chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients

2 large bananas, mashed
1 1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add the oats and mix well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop small spheres (I like to use an ice cream scoop) mixture onto a cookie sheet and shape into a large sphere about an inch apart.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are golden on top.
