5-Ingredient WOWBUTTER Bites

I love the energy bites from Freshii. They are a great pick-me-up after the gym or if I'm just in need of a quick snack. It can get expensive so I decided to search out my own recipe.

I found this recipe from Chef Savvy. I wanted to make an alternative version as I've been finding peanut butter doesn't always agree with me. An added bonus is that I can bring them to work or to my sporting events and don't have to be worried that someone will have a major allergic reaction. They taste just as good with the WOWBUTTER as they would with peanut butter!


2/3 cups WOWBUTTER

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup oats (I used quick oats)

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

2 tbsp honey


Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so it becomes easier to roll. If you find the mix too crumbly, add more WOWBUTTER.

Roll into bite-sized balls and store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
