My Purse Emergency Essentials
The way my day looks changes every day. While I have a pretty consistent schedule, I truly never know what could happen in a day. The most common being I get a headache and need some relief. That is why I decided to carry some “emergency” essential items with me wherever I go. I personally carry my essentials in this little cosmetic bag.

It’s not only a way to keep my bag looking that much neater, it makes it so much faster for me to locate something I know is in there.
Here are the emergency essentials I keep in my bag or purse:

Chapstick
Pad
Tylenol or Advil
Hand cream
Hand sanitizer
Deoderant
Blue Oil from Aveda
Compact mirror
My purpose for these items is that I don’t know what I can expect in my day. I don’t know when a headache or some pain will strike and I need the Tylenol/Advil or the Blue Oil to help soothe my head, or when my lips get chapped, or my period comes along unexpectedly. I think each person who carries a bag of some sort with them all the time has their own ideas of what they like to have with them just in case.
Most of the emergency items I carry are the travel-size version of themselves. I personally find this much easier to carry with me and far easier to put into a cosmetic bag.
What are some of your purse/bag essentials?
