Self-Care Saturday: 5-Ingredient Bath Salts
I love a good soak after a long day or week and I'm sure I'm not the only one. For this week's Self-Care Saturday, I'm sharing how you can make your own bath salts.
This is an easy recipe to put together for yourself or to give as a gift to friends and loved ones. You can even customize it based on the scent or colour. Happy relaxing!
1 cup Epsom Salt
1/2 cup baking soda
5-10 drops of essential oil
1/4 cup sea salt
Colourant of choice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, stirring well to incorporate the baking soda and essential oil.
Divide between jars as desired. Use about 1/4-1/2 cup per bath. Enjoy your relaxing hot bath!
